We believe talking straight to your child and explaining the good and bad and how it affects others always works
I believe in talking reason rather than instill physical punishment so that the kids know where they went wrong

5 year olds would benefit from explanation of good and bad and repercussions of their actions.
A sticker chart is a great way to motivate their good behaviour
I would also take note of their good and bad behaviour as well
