Bad morning sickness

Didn't eat well this past few weeks. Whatever went in will be out again. Im quite worried, nothing helps. Gotten some pills frm the clinic, ain't helping out as well. What do i do?#pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby

Actually I feel that there is no cure for morning sickness. I have bad morning sickness when I had my three kids. so terrible. I tried to eat something sour or sometime something sweet just to ease the nauseous. I learn to eat lesser each meal but snack when I feel hungry. hang in there . it will be over on the 4th month! bring a bag out in case u need to puke in the train or car. you can do it!!!
