Did anyone experience tension headaches which bring intense pain and tightness behind your ear at the side of your head and neck during pregnancy?
i’m experience it now everyday from second tri to third which is ongoing now but health is normal. Paracil is not working too.
Check your blood pressure . Manage stress. Avoid headache triggers. Have good sleep and meals. If you are unable to bear the headache. you can consult your doctor.
