6 months after miscarriage

Hi dearies.. last night I have stained my panty with alittle blood, next morning woke up with tummy cramps. Went to work as normal. N came home with a blood spot on my pantyliner. Was supposed to come period next week! Should I meet a gynae or I should wait?
