Nose block

Dear parents,how do you clear your baby’s block nose? Is been weeks my daughter having block nose. Even doctor’s gave saline nose drops. It seems doesnt works well. Any other solution?

My PD prescribed zyrtec liquid for my infant who was having bouts of cold. It did clear up her blocked nose, more so than sterimar. My baby's still under 6 months so her dosage is use a couple of drops each night. I used sterimar sporadically because I think prolonged use can dry up the nasal cavity and I didn't think it does much for my baby.
