What do you mean by not talking sensibly? Is it that she cannot speak in proper sentences or she still talks in gibberish? By age 2, kids are starting to combine two words to make simple sentences, such as "mommy big" or "bird fly". It's okay if baby isn't speaking in long sentences or proper grammar yet. She will learn more as she grows and when she goes to school. Don't worry about it.

A 2-year-old has just started speaking, how do you expect her to speak sensible?? Enjoy this gibberish, baby language of the toddler. All kids do that, its normal! They talk "sensible" over time..

She is only 2. If she is the first child then she will start speaking late as no other children to motivate or copy or follow. Be patient.
