Changing of Gynae

Currently seeing doctor @ Parkway East Hospital and would like to change to KKH under subsidy. Current doctor said she cannot write a referral for me as they don’t do that . How else can I get referral or subsidised to go to KKH?

I was from a private hospital then change to kkh. But I didn't ask for referral from the private gynae. I went to poly and they referred me to kkh.
