Week 35 pregnancy

Currently I am in week 35 and I have feel tremendous changes in my pregnancy. Started walking real slow and my baby bump is getting more heavier. Pelvic bone pain, lower backache and having difficulty flipping over bed and get out of bed. #1stimemom and is this normal? Getting v anxiety and what should i look out for sign of labour?

It's ok to go slow as you're heavily pregnant & just waiting to pop. Signs of labour (but does not mean you'll go into labour immediately) : Bloody show Waterbag burst Increased in discharge Severe backpain Signs of labour (in an active labour) : Frequent contractions every 2-10 mins. Pain normally will come from the back to your tummy and you'll feel very heavy pressure on your vagina. Head down to the hospital immediately. No need to wait for 2 mins frequent.

How does contraction feel like? Is it feel like menses cramp?
