hi, previously i redeemed a hiruscar silicone pro from your rewards catalog in April for my surgery scar. have not received it since then, i tried to contact you guys on ig but no response.

i am not a fresh one but its been 2 yrs and the scar is like growing. pinkish red bulging and Sometimes sudden pain
