any tips for low supply? or tips on how to make the milk come out? as i can feel lymph of milk my therapist always massage with baby oil or warm cloth dap on breast but still low supply

My baby tends to put my top to self service herself or something pulling or nipple to ease her teething.... Aw...

Every other problem pales in comparison to low milk supply when u so want to BF. 😅
