Question

Any breastfeeding moms took the vaccination ? How long did you stop breastfeeding after that and how old is your baby ? I am due for vaccination but my baby is only two mth old wonder if there will be side effects when breastfeeding her. Read up online that it is safe but I am still worried about long term effects. So should I still go for it ? #pleasehelp

There’s no study to confirm that covid vaccination is totally safe for breastfeeding women, so they suggested to suspend breastfeeding for 5-7 days; as your baby will be absorbing the vaccination from breastmilk.
