Watching TV, phone or computer screen for 4months old baby? Good or bad?

Is it bad to let your infant watch kids' shows on TV? My husband says to stop believing whatever the internet is saying. Where got kids don't watch TV and affect their learning. Nowadays it's hard to avoid screening time. Everywhere is electronic devices as I need to WFH and multi-task with baby. I read online they recommended after 18months.
