Baby keep spitting out milk during feed

My NB just two weeks old spit milk whether bottle feed with BM or direct latch. Subsequently will choke. I did ask doctor but they mentioned baby drink fast and still trynna learn how to control milk flow. Sometimes yet to finish swallow and the milk overflow eventually spit alot of milk out. I did change from Avent to Pigeon but NB dislike because of the teats. Then back to Avent. I change position when direct latch or bottle feed to avoid this from reocurring.
