2 months immunisation

My baby will be going for his 2 months vaccine. I forgot the name but one of it is rotavirus. Heard that baby will usually get fever during vaccinations. Anything i should take note of ? And how long will they be sick or have fever ? Any other side effect ?

my baby did the first jab, going to take the 2nd one soon. she had higher temperature for a few hours but not a fever. for a few days, she slept more and her feed dropped.
