Red spots on baby face

could be milk rash. wipe him down from top of face to bottom, switch towel sides when you wipe his neck, then rinse towel before wiping both his arms. my son has that too at first, and after we wipe him down this way after EVERY milk feed, the rash never came back. hope it helps.
