Babys Poop

My baby is 2weeks plus.. Recently Shes been having hard stool like this, at times her poop will be just 1 small ball, eveb when she try to push her stool is quite hard due to hard poop.. Isit normal? Or because of her formula milk that is not suitable for her anymore? Shes taking dumex dulac for now. Please help!

Better to mix more water in fm.. may b amount of fm powder is more ..

Check with your PD n consider try other formula

Give some water if BB is on formula

Water if not advisable under 6 months old even if they are on formula or bm. Breast milk or formula milk is sufficient for them. They do not need any additional water. Please do not give babies under 6 months water.
