Rashes and irritation

My baby is just 27 days old and I'm using Huggies diaper for him. Any suggestions what I can do to ease his irritation for his rashes? #advicepls

change diaper more often and apply bb powder to joint area as sg is a hot wearther , i do change my bb's diaper even its just a few pees as diaper does absorb perspiration too
