Newborn rashes/redbumps/redspots on face

My baby is 19 days old and has red bumps on his face. My mil told me its normal for newborn to have it and it will go away by itself within days/weeks. Any mummies newborn has the same issue? Should i get some cream to apply or let it go away by itself.. im concerned

hi there, my newborn is currently 10days old and have the same issue. I consulted the doctor when I bring him for check up and the doctor mentioned that it is really normal for newborn. It is called baby pimple. You can just apply some lotion.

Hey mommy! First of all, congratulations on your bundle of joy. You might be feeling overwhelmed at the moment but not too worry about the bumps. It will go away on its own within few weeks. Just avoid pinching them! :)
