Eczema while pregnant

Anyone with eczema while pregnant? What do you use to apply to stop the itchiness that is pregnancy safe. Does it contain steroid? Moisturizer don’t work for me. #pleasehelp

On top of lotions and mild soaps, I still use ointment with steroids, prescribed by the skin doc (she knows I’m expecting).
