Anyone tried eu yan sang postnatal confinement care package? Is it good?

Hi there. I did not choose EYS package in the end as i had a CL and mil bought the hock hua one before i could decide, but it is good in terms of being more progressive with the time tabling of the herbs at the different points in time. I am partially tcm trained so just sharing. If u do decide to go for such package, just make sure ur CL (if u have one) does not cook too much of the other herbal tonics for u anymore as the package is sufficient already. U can drink more red date drink than the plan and also maybe take Papaya fish soup etc - the ones more for milk boosting kind
