Duphaston side effects

Anyone prescribed duphaston but feeling nauseous? I have no appetite for anything but only plain food after eating 😢 i was prescribed it without any bleeding but only cramps - is this normal?#advicepls

it's normal to feel nauseated especially during the first trimester. and i also feel more nauseated with duphaston. try to eat porridge, fruits, cracker, or nuts in small amounts. mama milk also helped me survive those difficult times. hang in there!

yes i get nauseous all the time with duphaston, it’s normal

ahh tough. any advice how to control it? can't find any food that helps
