Part time degree

Anyone do part time degree?? Which school is good?? Fees that can sponsor?? Interested in Tourism Management/Business & Accounts/Healthcare in Operation level , not nursing. I hoped to find someone can give sponsorship if possible, after studies i can work for them, sign bond.
