Week 5 symptoms on off

Anyone is have on off early pregnancy symptoms ? I had symptoms last week but this week like nothing suddenly.

I'm on my 7th wk, and my symptoms are very mild, just breast soreness late in the day and night. should be ok? if you're not bleeding and/or in pain.
