Too heaty/cooling

Anyone has issue with heaty or cooling, E. G. By observing your patches on your tongue? I have too heaty, and don't know how to balance since can't visit TCM-as per my doctor.... #advicepls #pregnancy #pleasehelp

I also had heat body during pregnancy. i drank more water, ate foods with a high water content to reduce that.
