Anyone had Dexamethasone The painful injection on thigh

Anyone had that injection? I had that during 28week when I admitted for pain. Anyone gave birth at 36weeks after getting that? Like does it help?

I got it today. Two dosages 12mg each. Administrated on my arms. Was little painful. Had the second two hours back and it’s still a little painful. 36 now delivering in 37
