Covid during pregnancy

Hi anyone had cocid during pregnancy before? I’m 28 weeks and its my first pregnancy. i just tested positive and im quite worried if it’ll affect my babyShould i go to the normal gp or hospital? #firsttimemom #advicepls

Hi mummy, If you have very high fever, please go A&E. Normal GP will do. Anyway I had covid at 23weeks. Its very common preg mummy had covid as long as you had your 3 covid jab you’re safe. Look for your gynae if you feeling very unwell. For mild fever, Normal panadol helps, do not take paracetamol. Stay hydrated. Take care

Hi, I am also 28 week, tested positive just last night. Sore throat, cough and light fever. I went to GP this morning and got some medicine. Doctor said get plenty of rest and stay hydrated, no need to worry. Only if feel chest pain something like that then go to gynecologist.

Normal gp is fine.
