Does vaccine affects fertility?

Hello! I got pregnant after my 2nd dose of vaccine. Usually my period came on 1st of every month but after my 2nd dose, my period was late for 1 week in august. I thought in sept I was late too but in the end I found out that I was preg instead. was a little shock but happy too! so far so good. Hope all mummies stay safe and healthy during this period!
