36w contractions

Anyone experiencing this? I'm 36w, last night I started to feel 5mins interval painful contractions that radiates to the back. Not that pain yet that warrants a hospital trip. This morning it kind of became less intense less backache when I move about. 3rd pregnancy here.

Hi mama, if the contractions don’t get worse when you move about that it would most probably be Braxton hicks. Did you try having a warm shower?

Oh and to add, I’ve supported mums with Braxton hicks where the surges felt like contractions and they were intense
