Post period spotting and discharge

Hello, anyone experienced post period spotting about 1 week after your period? It comes with mild cramping and has some discharge. Spotting is brown but some times has red blood too. Any call for concerns? It has been 4-5 days 🥲#pleasehelp #advicepls
