hi all! anyone of u encounter like u didnt have any bloody show/ waterbag broke at home. U admitted to hospital due to cramps???

Yup. Due to contractions. Reached hospital and was already 3cm dilated.

Braxton hicks comes and goes and normally will go away when you change your position. It's a tightening feeling in your tummy and can be uncomfortable but never painful. Can happen if you're dehydrated too. While contractions stays and gets intense as you're dilated. You'll feel pain from your back to your tummy and when this happens remember to time the interval. If it comes every 5-10 mins then head down to the hospital.
