Second pregnancy and exhausted

Anyone else pregnant for the second time? I have a 2 year old who is full of energy and getting chatty but my nausea and fatigue is draining all my energy by the evening…:how is this going to go…:im worried

I just recently give birth to my second in February. Drain out of energy. Working, in and out of hospital. Idk how I do it all. Yet I manage to pull through. I just do what I can and at my own time own target.
