Failed OGTT after delivery

Anyone did not clear OGTT at almost 12 weeks postpartum? Failed my test and given another 2 months to go back to do the test. Anyone pass the test the 2nd round and any tips? Worried I'll be diagnose with type 2 diabetes..

I didn't do anything , my second test was ok. But be careful with your foods anyway to minimize risk of diabetic
