Confinement food

I tried both confinement catering & had confinement nanny. So I honestly feel that the most important dish during confinement is the herbal soup. Hence, I would suggest to buy those pre packed herbal soup from hock Hua. Add in the herbs, ingredients (eg: chicken ) & cook . The rest of the dishes as long as it’s nutritious and balanced is good enough. That’s what both nanny & catering do for you. But the catering soup is not as thick & good as ownself cook
