Anybody gives this (refer to pic) to your 1 year old ? What is the difference between fish oil and cod liver oil? Which one should I be giving ? I'm currently giving Nordic naturals baby's DHA (omega 3 with vitamins D3). Is this better than cod liver oil or vice versa?
