Is it advisable for 13 weeks pregnant to get booster shot?

my gynae advise me to do it when reach tri2! I did my booster around w15, only had mild fever and had 2 paracetamol. other than that baby is fine when I did my w16 scan. Double confirm with your gynae before you do it!
