Is it wrong to not utilise the money govt gave to my daughter?

It's your decision with your husband whether to keep the money or use it. It's not wrong either way because different family has different needs. So it's best to communicate with your husband and come up with the best decision for your family based on your own financial situation.

You can do whatever you want with it as long as your daughter is well fed, have necessities to use. No one has the rights to decide what you want to do with the money be it you wanna use or not 😊.
