Any mummies having lower back pain few months after giving birth? Is it cos of epidural?

i have spine pain after giving birth. can't stand too long. i suspect its because of epidural. just try to rest more

I had epidural, no back aches so far (28m PP), only shoulder aches from baby wearing and carrying 😮‍💨.

Mine so far so good. I took 2.5 bag of epi as baby was pressing on my tailbone. Been 2 yrs so far all good.

The aches are mostly caused by sleepless nights and from carrying your baby.
