9 months old tooth

my 9mths baby had a fall, and his front tooth bled. for now, seems like no pain already. but i'm scared this will cause a delay in his front tooth to grow. any advise if i go poly, how do the dr do a check on his tooth?

don't be scared . i had a same experience with my son. i met dentist also. If you have any doubt. contact dentist .
