Diarrhea causes sensitivity on skin till cause broken skin nappy rash

8 month old baby girl having diarrhea, been to kkh more than 3 times. Doc said gut bacterial which is common. It's been almost 2 weeks. Recovered after taken care at home with ceradan, sudo cream and desitin. But just to recover, she diarrhea again and her skin now red and rashes again. We thought it might been her sensitivity skin against her diarrhea. We really running out solution what else can be done. #pleasehelp any recommendation?? We no more using wet wipes to clean her. We washed her every diaper change. And yes we did regularly change her diaper without waiting for full wet diaper. I'm crying looking at how pain she felt when she pooped 😭😭
