6 Months old poo colour

My 6 months old poo colour change. Use to be like yellow/mustard colour. But sudden change to green/light green/light yellow and small little lumps. Is that normal?

An update from NUH UCC my LO suspected of either stomach flu/ gastroenteritis or because her digestive is adapting to food intake. However, no medication given. Just Densitin cream to treat her butt rash and some sachet of powder to mix with water for consumption. This is to treat her constant poo session. As of now I reduce her intake by hiving 125ml : 2 scoops at 3 hrs basis. I didnt reduce at drastic change. Should this continue, lactose free milk/soy based will be advice. Hopefully we don't jump into this option.
