Neck rashes

My 5 months baby have rashes around his neck area I'm not too sure what's the cause of it send help please . #firstbaby #advicepls #1stimemom #pleasehelp

It’s important to keep the area clean and dry especially after milk and bath. Apply some powder to help keep the area dry. If it doesn’t improve, you may want to consult a doctor.
