Baby ear slowly becoming MICKEY mouse

My 3 .5 month old baby’s left ear is slowly facing front. Any parents faced this issue ? How to solve ? #pleasehelp

it's called 招风耳 but I don't think your baby has that. Anyway, its ok to have protruding ears. Everyone is different and that is what makes us special.
