ganyan yung feeling ko sa first tri ko mommy.. second baby ko na to.. dun sa first ko napaka active ko. What I did mommy I ask my OB if I'm fit to perform a small exercise just to boost my mood.. sabi naman niya okay lang kasi wala naman mga issues sa pregnancy ko, I also consulted na wala akong gana kumain, and she told me I have to find ways nga kung di man lang kakain ng kanin at least kumain ng prutas, milk and drink the prenatal vitamins. and of course water.. basta wag daw hayaan na walang kakainin kasi talagang wala kang energy nyan and also si baby kawawa. marami akong cravings but I always make sure na hindi excessive yung pag crave ko lalo na matatamis yung hanap ko.. try talk to your OB kung pwede ka mag exercise kahit walking2 lang and please make sure to eat something healthy kahit pa konti2 lang. god bless mommy kaya natin toh!
