15month LO pinch

My 15month child has been pinching my family members when you do not give her what she wants or when she is angry at you. She also throws her toys when she is angry. Any advice on how to teach her properly? #worryingmom

Is she able to talk? If yes, maybe try to explain to her that it is not nice when she does that?
