Sleeping or hungry

My 11wo baby has taken to sleeping on the breast. When he gets hungry and sleepy, he sleeps when given the breast, gets upset when I unlatch. BUT he drinks when given bottle. Anyone experienced this managed to resolve it? How was the process #pleasehelp

babies are programmed biologically to sleep on the breast, because it’s comforting for them. you can do a search about it. have to lightly nudge baby up to continue drinking

and he just keeps waking for comfort latch every hour I suppose
