not pooping

My 1 month+ is not pooping for 3 days. How can I make him poop regularly?? I see him struggling to poop out but no poop. Or is it I need to change formula milk? #advicepls #firstbaby

https://youtu.be/Fcn6gVX5y4I I have the same worry as my boy does not poop regularly, then we found out that he poop every 3-4 days gap. So, we give him this massage after morning shower and before bed. As he grow bigger, we lessen his massage as he is more on breastmilk instead of formula. Do remember to give him some water as formula milk are more heaty
