Pregnancy

It is safe to consume sesame oil during breastfeeding. Sesame oil may pass through breast milk, so prior to 6 months, your baby can benefit from it if you incorporate it into your meal plans. It promotes oral and bone health moisturises the skin and hair and even improve heart health.

Baby

Sesame oil is safe for some babies over 6 months of age and offers health benefits when included in a well-balanced diet. Easily incorporated into your baby's meal plans, tiny amounts of sesame oil can be introduced when his or her digestive system is ready.
