Oyster sauce is delicious, and adds flavour to food. It's fine for breastfeeding mums to consume in small quantities. Note that mothers who are allergic to seafood should be stay away from oyster sauce.

Baby

Oyster sauce is not suitable for babies under the age of 11 months due to its high sodium content and additives.
