Hi mummies anyone experiencing the same? I started getting afew rashes 5 days post-pregnancy. Initially was just at my tight area now feels like whole body - hands, legs, buttcheeks and the itchiness is driving me crazy. Is it really post-pregnancy hives/rashes or isit a side effect to the epidural. What do i do? Wondering if any mummies have chronic hives prior to conceiving and whether you have been advised to avoid Zyrtec or Cetirizine? My doctor from the polyclinic has advised that it is safe to take it since my condition is chronic and chlorpheniramine has not been effective for my condition. My IVF doctor from KKH mentioned that Zyrtec is not proven to be unsafe but no substantial studies to show it’s safe either. So she prefers I take chlorphenramine but as mentioned, it’s really not working. Feeling kinda torn on how to manage the hives other than Zyrtec.
