Hi mga mommies!

I just want to ask about contraceptive, more than 3 months po kasi akong hindi nagkaroon after giving birth. Tapos kahapon po nakaron ako until now ask ko lang po kung pwede napo ba uminom ng pills or after menstruation pa po and ano pong need na gamiting pills pure breastfeed po ko. Thank you mommies!

Please consult your OB po muna anong appropriate para sa inyo. Iba iba po kasi ang response ng katawan sa contraceptive especially when it comes to side effects.

yes po as long as walang meds na tinetake contraindicated for breastfeeding. if may cough/ colds /fever wear masks and always wash hands po.
